In order to collect information from outside a LAN and operate in a Wide Area Network (WAN) environment, Web BRAdmin / BRAdmin Professional needs to communicate with Agents (BRAgent software) that run on remote computers.
These Agents collect device information from their LAN and on a regular basis pass it on to either Web BRAdmin or BRAdmin Professional. WebBRAdmin/ BRAdmin Professional then displays this information for reference and configuration.
BRAgent will help you have a seamless communication between the remote network devices and the management software - BRAdmin.
You cannot use the BRAgent software on a PC that is running the Web BRAdmin software.
