The app has a simple interface that should be easy to figure out by all users.
The app may go as far as suspending all internet access. You may also set several filters. For instance, the program can block all instant messages and file sharing, as well as all FTP sites and Secure Sites (HTTPS).
Files can be filtered as well. These can be set for adult or sexually oriented files, illegal activities and drugs, illegal guns and violence, social networking sites, cults and occult topics, violent games, ambling site and many other similar types.
Additional restrictions can be created by fiddling with the Internet Settings. Log files can be created regarding the online activity by recording violations, website visited, the Windows user name and instant messenger chat.
All in all, CYBERsitter is a nice program that can be very helpful to parents that are worried about the websites their children visit. Inexperienced users should find the program easy to set up and customize, thanks to the intuitive layout.
